-Friday Night Drags championships at Atlanta Motor Speedway will be awarded to points leaders at the conclusion of the evening’s racing tonight (Friday, July 8). –Mobile International Speedway in Irvington, Alabama hosts the Tampa Bay Area Racing Association winged pavement sprint cars Saturday, July 9. Along with the Winged Sprint Cars, the track will host its annual FIREWORKS display and the Bob’s Speed Shop Sportsmen and Island Motors II Bombers will compete July 9. –New Senoia Raceway in Senoia, Georgia hosts the Mid-Season Championships Saturday night. Half-way points titles will be awarded in the Mike Wheeler’s Automotive & Transmission Late Models, Crown Security Crate Late Models, Newnan Bonding B Cadets, Summit Racing Equipment Hobby Stocks and Mini Stocks. The Bombers will also be on the racing card for this Saturday night as they continue to compete on an every other Saturday night basis through the end of the season in September.
