A night off due to rain didn’t slow Kyle Benjamin down a bit, as he scored his third straight Super Late Model victory in the 46th annual World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing at New Smyrna Speedway at New Smyrna Beach, FL Thursday night after Wednesday night’s action was rained out.
Benjamin beat out Stephen Nasse for the victory. David Rogers crossed the finish line third, followed by Ryan Moore in fourth and Becca Kasten.
In other action, Chuck Hossfeld scored the NASCAR Tour-Type Modified victory in the John Blewett Memorial. Patrick Emerling came home second. Ryan Preece finished third, with Eric Goodale fourth and Andy Seuss fifth.
Jimmy Zacharias picked up the SK Modifieds victory, with Dave Cramner, John Wilbur, Rob Shultz and Jeremy Gerstner rounding out the top five.
In the Pro Late Model feature, Drew Brannon picked up the win, topping Dakota Stroup for the win. Brandon Johnson finished third, with Cody Coughlin fourth, and Brandon Watson in fifth.
In the Pro Truck feature, Cody Haskins topped the field, followed by Spencer Davis in second, Scotty Reeves third, Blake Haddock fourth and Tim Sozio fifth.

The action will wrap up with Saturday night’s Bright House Challenge Series Super Late Model 100, the Pro Late Models, Pro Trucks, and NASCAR Tour-Type Modifieds.
