Cody Gardner, Dale Howard Take USCS Weekend Wins

Cody Gardner and Dale Howard both picked up USCS Sprint Car Series victories over the Memorial Day holiday weekend.

Gardner was the winner on Saturday night at Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis, Arkansas, while Howard topped the field at Old No.1 Speedway in Harrisburg, Arkansas on Sunday.

On Saturday, Cody Gardner wired the field en route to the victory in the 30-lap feature.

Derek Hagar finished in second, with Ernie Ainsworth in third, Dustin Gates in fourth, and Howard Moore in fifth.

Gates, Dale Howard, Kevin Hinkle, and Gardner won their respective heat races, while Gardner also won the speed dash.

On Sunday, Dale Howard swept to the win in the 30-lap feature at Old No. 2 Speedway.

Howard Moore, Brad Bowden, Marshall Skinner, and Derek Hagar rounded out the top five.

Moore, Chase Howard, and Dale Howard won their respective heat races. Dale Howard won the speed dash.
