Dale Howard charged to the victory in Friday night’s USCS Sprint Speedweek finale for the USCS Sprint Car Series at Mississippi’s Hattiesburg Speedway.
The Byhalia, Mississippi racer also picked up the Speedweek Championship by winning two of the five completed events.
Shane Morgan followed Howard across the finish line to take second, with Kyle Amerson in third, Morgan Turpen in fourth and Jordon Mallett in fifth.
Danny Smith, Terry Gray, Jeff Oliver, Todd Fayard, and Eric Gunderson rounded out the top 10.
Earlier in the night, Turpen and Smith won their respective heat races, while Amerson won the speed dash.
