Brandon Overton pulled off the sweep in Ultimate Super Late Model Series action over the weekend in the Old Dominion.
The Evans, Georgia racer won on Friday night at Virginia’s Natural Bridge Speedway, then backed it up with a victory on Saturday night at Virginia Motor Speedway in Jamaica, Virginia
On Friday night, Overton made the pass on early race leader Ross Bailes in the closing laps of the event to score his seventh career series victory at Natural Bridge Speedway. The win was worth a $5,000 payday for Overton.
Bailes finished in second, with Trever Feathers in third, Zack Mitchell in fourth, and Cla Knight in fifth.
On Saturday night, Evans bypassed leader Jimmy Owens on lap 40 of 60, and went on to score the “King of the Commonwealth” victory, pocketing $20,000 for his efforts.
Owens had to settle for second, with Josh Richards, Tim McCreadie, and Gregg Satterlee rounded out the top five.
