David Roberts doubled up at Anderson Motor Speedway on Friday night, as he swept both Late Model Stock features at the Williamston, South Carolina raceway.
Roberts, a native of Simpsonville, South Carolina, edged out fellow veteran Marty Ward to take the victory in the first feature. Cole Glasson finished in third, followed by R.A. Brown in fourth and Neil Meredith in fifth.
Roberts also raced to the front of the second Late Model Stock feature, and held off Jeremy Burns to take the win. Ward finished in third, with Glasson in fourth and Brown in fifth.
In other action, Kenneth Headen scored the victory in the Super Limiteds feature. Phillip Peters finished second, with Shaun Mize third, Jacob York fourth and Spencer Childers fifth.
Billy Brown took the win in the Renegades feature, with Chris Whitfield, Jonathan Ragsdale, Michael Mote and Greg Manley rounding out the top five.
In the BM Modifieds feature, Chuck Mitchell held off Austin Northcutt to take the victory. Brandon Segars finished in third, with Chad Stewart in fourth and Jamie Winslett in fifth.
Ashton Higgins topped the field for the US Legends feature victory, with Jenson Jorgenson in second, Randy Gunton in third, Lee Jordan in fourth and Karl Moberg in fifth.
Scott Parker scored the Front Wheel Drive victory, with Casey Burkett second, Chris Harvell third, Justin Morgan fourth and Buck Simmons fifth.
Anderson Motor Speedway returns to action on Saturday, Sept. 3, as the track plays host to the Southeast Supertruck Series for a 75 lap feature.
