Wayne Anderson survived a late race spin to score the Super Late Model feature victory Saturday night at Citrus County Speedway in Inverness, FL.

Anderson’s car went around at the front of the field after contact from Mike Bresnahan as the two fought for position.  Anderson was allowed to retain his position while Bresnahan was sent to the back of the pack.

Anderson would go on to beat out Steve Dorer for the victory.  Herb Neumann, Jr. finished third, with Dale Sanders in fourth.  Bresnahan was able to recover for the penalty for a fifth place finish.

In other action, Michael Lawhorn was first under the checkered flag for the victory in the Modified Mini Stock feature.  Ray Miller finished second, with Leroy Moore in third, Wayne Heater in fourth, and Phil Edwards in fifth.

In Street Stocks action, Curtis Flanagan scored the feature win, as John Chance came home second.  Tommy Stokes finished third, with J.D. Goff in fourth, and Bradley Lyon in fifth.

Shannon Kennedy was first across the finish line to pick up the Mini Stock feature win.  Vince Scalise finished second, with Kevin Stone, Jesse Mallory, and Jason Terry rounding out the top five.

Darren Bass topped the DWARF feature field for the victory.  Shane Butler finished second, with Daniel Wirick in fourth and Stan Butler in fifth.

In the Hornet Division feature, Chrissy Dover scored the win, with D.J. Macklin in second and Danniel Webster in third.

Citrus County Speedway returns to action on Saturday, Feb. 16, featuring action in the Open Wheel Modified, Sportsman, Mini Stocks, Pure Stocks, and Pro Figure 8s divisions.  For more information, visit www.citruscountyspeedway.com.
