Adam Partain drove his Partain Farms racing machine into the Young Guns winners circle at Hartwell Speedway in Hartwell, GA for the third time in a month. This time he did it in spectacular form beating out points leader Drew Collins to the finish line by a mere six inches.
Drew Collins would take the early lead in the Young Guns feature, but it was Partain who looked like a man on a mission setting his sights on the No. D5 of Collins and reeling him in lap after lap, until finally, coming down to the checkered flag, Partain would drop his No. 87 to the low side coming off turn four and blow pass Collins right at the flag stand and claim his third victory in as many weeks. Collins finished second, with Mason Tucker in third, Taylor Holcomb in fourth, and Mitchell Ledford in fifth.
In other action, Bubba “Hog Rocket” Russell stormed to the victory in the Limited Late Model feature. Brandon Haley crossed the finish line second, followed by Shane Yarbrough in third, Ted Crunkleton in fourth, and Chris Nickerson in fifth.
In FASTRAK Late Model action, Colby Cannon picked up the feature win. Grant Jordan finished second, with Frankie Beard third, Mark Parham fourth, and Eric Veal in fifth.
Larry Parham topped the field in the Modified Street feature, with Rusty Jordan coming home in second. John Teasley ran third, with Chris Cape in fourth, and Matthew Dent in fifth.
Otis Fleeman scored the victory in the Stock V8 feature, with Joseph Teasley, April Backer, Colby Thornton, and Tommy Kerr rounding out the top five.
In Stock Four Cylinder action, Dale Cross beat out Chris Wilson for the win. Kevin Kelly finished third, with Ryan Boles in fourth, and Dustin Bales fifth.
Joel Powell, Sr. was first under the checkered flag in the Up Front feature. Seth Brown finished second, with Keith Hicks in third, with Steven Powell in fourth, and Michael Mosley in fifth.
