Continued rain in southern Illinois, a remnant of Hurricane Isaac’s progression through the Midwestern United States, has forced ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards officials to postpone today’s Southern Illinois 100 presented by Federated Car Care at the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds in DuQuoin, IL.
