While race fans were ready for the penultimate day of the biggest weekend in asphalt Short Track racing, Mother Nature had other ideas.
Inclement weather washed out Saturday’s racing schedule for the Snowball Derby weekend at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Florida.
Saturday’s planned events, including the Snowflake 100 for Pro Late Models and the Outlaws feature, were postponed to Monday.
Meanwhile, Sunday’s 56th annual Super Late Model Snowball Derby is still slated for its traditional 1 pm (CST) start time.
