This weekend marks take two on the final chance to see short track action for the 2023 season in the northeast Georgia area – if Mother Nature cooperates this time.
Here’s a look at some of the motorsports action on tap over the next few days:
– After being washed out by wet weather last week, Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, Georgia will try again to close out the 2023 racing season with the Georgia State Championship weekend on Saturday and Sunday. For more info, visit LavoniaSpeedway.net.
–Formula 1 will travel to Sin City this weekend for one of the most anticipated races of the season, as the stars and cars of F1 hit the streets of Las Vegas for the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix on Saturday night. Check Formula1.com for details.
