After three days, Clint Bowyer continues to lead the NASCAR Cup Series race at Texas Motor Speedway.

Bowyer moved to the lead just before the race was red flagged for weather on Sunday on lap 52. Since then, the only vehicles to make laps around the 1.44-mile raceway have been working to dry the track.
After washouts Sunday evening and Monday, NASCAR and track officials were hopeful on getting the race back underway on Tuesday.
They came very close, with NASCAR going so far as to plan to restart the event at 8:30 pm EST.
But the mist and fog returned and just before 8 pm EST Tuesday, the call was made to push the race to Wednesday afternoon at 3 pm EST.

When the race restarts, Bowyer will be the leader, with Jimmie Johnson second, Erik Jones third, Joey Logano fourth and Martin Truex, Jr. in fifth.
Chase Elliott, Ryan Blaney, Austin Dillon, Brad Keselowski and Kyle Busch rounded out the top 10 at the time of the red flag.
