Bubba Pollard stormed to his second straight CARS Racing Tour Super Late Model victory on Saturday night at North Carolina’s Hickory Motor Speedway.
The Senoia, Georgia racer entered the event the day of the race, started from third and went on to record the win.
Pollard took the lead from Brandon Setzer on a lap 114 restart. He would go on to hold off Setzer over the closing laps to record the victory in just his second Hickory start.
Setzer had to settle for second, with Matt Craig in third, Corey Heim in fourth and Jared Fryar in fifth.
Dan Speeney, Kodie Conner, Wyatt Alexander, Bronson Butcher and Josh Berry rounded out the top ten.
Meanwhile, Taylor Gray scored the victory in the Late Model Stock Car portion of the event.
