Bubba Russell has won Asphalt Late Model races all across the United States.
On Sunday, he added Canada to his win list.
The Senoia, Georgia driver made the 942 mile trek to Jukasa Motor Speedway in Hagersville, Ontario. He came home from the Great White North with the victory in the Canadian Short Track Nationals Pro Late Model feature, and the $38,000 top prize.
Pollard started the day in sixth position. He made the final pass for the lead on lap 144 from Raphael Lessard, and went on to score the victory by .860 seconds over Portage, Michigan native Carson Hocevar, who started the day on the pole.
It marks the second straight major event win for Pollard, who took the win in the prestigious Oxford 250 one week prior.
Michigan racer Brian Campbell finished in third, making it an all American sweep of the podium.
Patrick Laperle finished in fourth, with JR Fitzpatrick in fifth.
Brandon Watson, Derek Ramstrom, Shae Gemmell, Matt Pritiko and Taylor Holdaway rounded out the top ten.
