Justin Shipley took the lead in Saturday night’s the Super Late model feature at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia, and went on to score the victory.
The Douglasville, Georgia driver held off veteran Wayne Echols to get his first ever SLM Dixie victory. Matthew Turner finished in third, followed by Oliver Gentry in fourth and Buster Goss in fifth.
In other action, Cass Fowler held off Dalton Polston to take the win in the Steelhead/525 feature. Polston followed in second, trailed by Jacques Daniel in third, Jimmy Price in fourth and Bob Johnson in fifth.
Logan Palmer, who has been knocking on the door for his first ever win for weeks, now finally took the checkered flag in the Crate Late Model feature. Colby Kilgore finished in second, followed by Randall Powell in third, Scott Hall in fourth and Kyle Cochran in fifth.
Chris Hough held off a strong Alan Brewer in the 602 Sportsman feature for his first win. Hayden Swaney followed in third with Erik Hogsed fourth and John Land fifth.
The Economy Bomber feature would see Andrew Moody make his way back to victory lane for the second time this season as he held off Justin Shipley and Dan Meadows for the win. Dylan Armstrong and Ryan Ray rounded out the top five.
Tony Newman collected his sixth Street Stingers feature win of the season. Cody Holmes and Brandy Brewer were left to battle for second with Holmes getting the spot. John Summerville came home in fourth, with Jason Young in fifth.
