Chris Ferguson raced to the victory in Saturday night’s Rattlesnake Rumble for the Ultimate Super Late Model Series at Dublin Motor Speedway in Dublin, NC.
Ferguson, of Mount Holly, North Carolina, pocketed a cool $5,000 for the win.
Ferguson started on the outside of the front row, alongside polesitter G.R. Smith. Ferguson would drop back to forth, but used the high line around the speedway to move back through the field.
Ferguson would pass Smith to take the lead, and drove away to take the win. Smith held on to finish in second, with Willie Milliken in third, Dennis Franklin in fourth and Kenny Collins in fifth.
Doug Sanders, Anthony Sanders, Mike Parker, Michael Rouse and Ben Watkins rounded out the top ten.
The Ultimate Super Late Models return to action on Saturday, July 2, with a $5,000 to win race at Virginia’s Winchester Speedway.
