Mike Rowe Takes Third PASS North Win At Speedway 95

Mike Rowe padded his lead in the PASS North Super Late Model championship chase, as he posted an impressive victory in the Hight Chevrolet 150 at Speedway 95 in Hermon, ME on Sunday afternoon.

It was the third victory of the season for the Petit Motorsports team, winless on the PASS circuit for nine years before Rowe climbed into their equipment.

Reigning champion D.J. Shaw and Glen Luce swapped the lead in the event’s early stages, while Rowe worked his way into the top five by the 34th lap, and moved to the lead less than five laps later.

Both Shaw and Cassius Clark mounted brief challenges to Rowe on late restarts, but the 64-year-old master prevailed for the third time in six starts on the PASS North Super Late Model circuit.

Clark settled for a runner-up finish, while Shaw finished third, Travis Benjamin fourth and Jeremy Davis fifth.

Doug McClure led all the way en route to victory in the 30-lap feature race for PASS Mods.

McClure’s biggest test came from points leader Ryan Robbins, who claimed runner-up honors ahead of Scott Alexander, Andy Shaw and Matty Sanborn.
