Jason Croft raced his way past second generation driver T.J. Reaid, then set sail to score the Super Late Model victory Saturday night at the famed Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, GA.
Ronnie Johnson powered his way around Reaid to claim the second spot, while Reaid held on to finish in third. Shaun Chastain finished fourth with Frank Ingram in fifth.
In other action, Oliver Gentry grabbed the lead in the Steel Head Late Model feature and looked to be heading for an easy victory. In a repeat of the previous week, Mike Bruner waited for the closing laps to begin making his run for the lead. Coming out of turn four for the checkers, Bruner moved alongside Gentry and beat him under the line by just inches for the victory. Alan Brewer finished in third, with Don Jenkins in fourth and Bob Johnson in fifth.
Hunter Jones led the way in the Crate Late Model feature, becoming winner number seven in as many races. Several car lengths behind in second was Shane Smith, with Jeff Dernehl third, Zach Pilcher fourth and Nic Phillips in fifth.
Scottie Pritchett passed Willie Winsome halfway through the Super Bomber feature, and went on to score the victory. Andy Morris, Winsome, Kenny Taylor and Ronnie Haynes rounded out the top five.
Austin Smith grabbed the lead in the Economy Bomber feature at the green and went wire to wire for his third win of the season. Dan Meadows raced his way up to second and was within striking distance of Smith when he ran out of laps. John Binger finished third, followed by James Gagnon in fourth and Kyle Beavers in fifth.
The Pony Stock Feature saw Jamie Cross take his fourth win of the season, followed by Bo Jordan in second, Ronnie Faucett in third, Jeremy Ray in fourth and Allen Barber in fifth.
Anthony Pittman scrored his second win in a row in the Cruiser feature. George Wilson finished second, with Randy Ledford third, Brian Dempsey fourth and Jimmy Wilson fifth.
