HARTWELL, GA – Saturday night saw a battle royal at Hartwell Speedway in Hartwell, GA, as the Modified Street division raced for double points and a $700 pay day.
At the end of the 15 lap feature, it was Royston, GA’s Rusty Jordan that managed to survive the battle to score the victory. John Teasley came home in second, with Brant Carey in third, Clifton Snow in fourth and Chris Jones in fifth.
In other action, David McCoy held off a hard charging Keith Freeman for the Limited Late Model feature victory. Bubba Russell finished in third, with Brandon “Cornbread” Haley in fourth and Wesley English in fifth.
Frankie Beard outdistanced Grant Jordan to pick up the win in the SECA Late Model feature. David McCoy finished in third, with Adam Smith in fourth and Danny Sanders in fifth.
Stephen Segars scored the victory in the Stock V8 feature. Keith Teasley came home in second, with Cal Moon in third, Rocky Jones in fourth and Ricky Mauldin in fifth.
Chris Wilson beat out Ryan Boles for the win in the Stock Four Cylinder feature. J.J. Garrett, Mason Tucker and Brent Couch rounded out the top five.
In Young Guns action, Payton Freeman topped the field for the victory. Jeremy Hicks came across the finish line in second, with Travis Hubbard in third, Adam Partain in fourth and Jessica Still in fifth.
Steven Powell came away with the Up Front feature win. Neil Meeks finished in second, with Travis Barbare in third, and Seth Brown in fourth.
