For the second week in a row Monroe, GA’s Jimmy Johnson took home a win at Hartwell Speedway in Hartwell, GA with a victory in the Limited Late Model feature Saturday night.
Johnson, who started the main event on the outside pole beside pole setter Brandon Haley, wasted no time powering his No. 98 to the front during the first lap and set sail to the winners circle. Haley would have to settle for second, followed by Keith Freeman in third, Bubba Russell in fourth and Justin Whitfield in fifth.
In other action, Adam Smith scored the victory in the SECA Late Model feature. Grant Jordan finished in second, with Chris Cape in third, Greg Pilgram in fourth and Brad Morehead in fifth.
John Teasley topped the field in the Modified Street feature. Rusty Jordan crossed the finish line in second, followed by Michael Segars in third, Jeremy Jones in fourth and Kole Hardy in fifth.
Cal Moon held off Terry Brown to pick up the win in the Stock V8 feature. George Fortson, Doug Moon and Ray Foskey rounded out the top five.
Chris Wilson beat out a deep Stock Four Cylinder field to score the feature victory. J.J. Garrett came home in second, with Ashley Poole in third, Ryan Boles in fourth and Shane Stickland in fifth.
In the Young Guns feature, Payton Freeman came away with the feature win. Jessica Still finished in second, with Mallarie Burdette in third, Adam Partain in fourth and Jeremy Hicks in fifth.
Keith Hicks closed out the night with the Up Front feature victory. Michael Mosley followed in second, with Joel Powell, Sr. in third, Neil Meeks in fourth and Stacy Foster in fifth.
