Adam Smith put on a clinic at Hartwell Speedway in Hartwell, GA Saturday night. The Franklin County High School senior held off 23 other competitors to score his second SECA Late Model feature victory of the season.
Steve “Hot Rod” LaMance came across the finish line in second place. Nick Deitz finished in third, with Grant Jordan in fourth and Nathan Bray in fifth.
Michael Segars of Royston, GA wowed the fans with an outside pass on Butch Shepherd during the closing laps of the Modified Street feature during the closing laps, and went on to score the win. Shepherd finished in second, with Jennifer Everett in third, Johnny Hill in fourth and Brian Hardman in fifth.
Brandon “Cornbread” Haley scored his second straight Limited Late Model feature win, holding off David McCoy for the victory. Bubba Russell came home in third, with Jeff Lang in fourth and Tim Elrod in fifth.
Stephen Segars picked up the Stock V8 victory. Terry Brown finished second, with Rocky Jones in third and Ray Foskey in fourth.
J.J. Garrett topped the field for the victory in the Stock Four Cylinder feature. Cy Strickland, Mason Tucker, Brent Couch and Shane Stickland rounded out the top five.
Adam Partain scored his second straight Young Guns feature win. Payton Freeman finished in second, with Jessica Still in third, Travis Hubbard in fourth and Jonathan Cheeseman in fifth.
Jackie Holden crossed under the checkered flag for the Up Front victory. Robbie Cook finished in second, with Steven Powell in third, Wayne Chapman, Jr. in fourth and Corey Price in fifth.
