Mother Nature was standing in victory lane at Mobile International Speedway in Irvington, AL Saturday night after rain washed out the Southern Super Series event slated for the night.

The Mobile 125 was set to roll off at the venerable Alabama speedway.  But a wet weather pattern moved through the area after two rounds of practice were in the books.  When the rains came, race officials were forced to postpone the event.

The date for the rescheduled event has not ben announced.

Racers and officials with the Southern Super Series now set their sites on the next event, the 30th annual World Crown 300 at Gresham Motorsports Park, itself having been pushed back due to rain on its original race date of July 4.
