Rain may have put a damper on racing all over the country, but it hasn’t slowed down this week’s episode of Raceweek Illustrated Garage Talk.

The July 12, 2013 episode of Raceweek Illustrated Garage Talk features coverage of June 15 action from Montgomery Motor Speedway, along with discussion of the rain postponed World Crown 300 with Dan Elliott from Gresham Motorsports Park, as well as a talk with 1988 NASCAR Sprint Cup champion Bill Elliott.

In the first segment, show host Brandon Reed gets us up to speed on the latest racing headlines. We then travel to Montgomery Motor Speedway for coverage of June 15 action from the Montgomery, AL raceway.

In the second segment, we travel to Gresham Motorsports Park in Jefferson, GA, where track General Manager tells us about the rain postponed World Crown 300, which will now be run on Aug. 10, as well as the upcoming JEGs 100 Pro Late Model event at the track, which is slated for July 20.

In the third segment, we meet up with 1988 NASCAR Sprint Cup champion Bill Elliott at the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame in Dawsonville GA, where we talk about his history, along with the growing career of his son, Chase.
