Raceweek Illustrated Garage Talk puts the new Southern Super Series in the spotlight on this week’s episode, which is now available to view online.

The May 3, 2013 episode of Raceweek Illustrated Garage Talk features coverage of the Southern Super Series’ second event of the season at Gresham Motorsports Park in Jefferson, GA, including local division results and post race interviews with the winners.

In the first segment, show host Brandon Reed has a look at the past week’s racing headlines, and then takes a look at all the action from Gresham Motorsports Park, starting with the Southern Super Series Late Models, along with local division action.

In the second segment, we take a look at rain interrupted action from Boyd’s Speedway in Ringgold, GA. We then talk with drivers, series officials and car owners to get their thoughts on the Southern Super Series, along with their take on the inaugural event from April 6 at Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville.

In the third segment, we travel back trackside to Gresham Motorsports Park, where we’re joined by Southern Race Report’s Allen Hastings, who discusses the night’s events, the new series, and the state of local asphalt racing in North Georgia.
