There’s nothing quite like a first time race winner.
Just ask Adam Partain. The Hartwell, Georgia native scored his first career win in the Young Guns division at Hartwell Speedway Saturday night.
Partain beat out Drew Collins to make the trip to victory lane. Mitchell Ledford came home third, with Austin Smith in fourth, and Travis Hubbard in fifth.
In other action, Brant Carey was the man to beat in Limited Late Model action. Parker Herring ran second, with Brandon Haley third, Stephen Segars in fourth, and Bubba Russell in fifth.
Frankie Beard scored the win in the FASTRAK Late Model feature, topping Danny Sanders at the checkered flag. Colby Cannon ran third, with Grant Jordan in fourth, and Nathan Bray in fifth.
In the Modified Street feature, Rusty Jordan came away with the victory, with Clifton Snow in second, Chad Hoopaugh in third, Richard Jones in fourth, and Joseph Havird in fifth.
Matthew Denton made the trip to victory lane in the Stock V8 feature. Otis Fleeman followed in second, with Justin Mauldin, Keith Ross, and Joseph Teasley rounding out the top five.
Chris Wilson was first to the finish line in the Stock Four Cylinder feature. Cody Byrum came home second, with Scott Hollars third, Ryan Boles fourth, and Brad Brown fifth.
In Up Front action, Hermon Isom snagged the victory, with James Goodwin second, Joel Powell, Sr. third, Jonathan Starrett fourth, and Stacy Foster fifth.
