With over 103 cars on the premises, Hartwell Speedway in Hartwell, GA put on a great night of racing action Saturday for North Georgia fans.
Colby Cannon has flashed under the checkered flag in second place several times this season. Saturday night, the South Carolina native finally led the field across the finish line first to score his first Hartwell win in FASTRAK Late Model action. He was followed by Eric Veal in second. Danny Sanders came home third, with Ty Lowe fourth and Cla Knight in fifth.
In other action, Jimmy Johnson picked up the win in the Limited Late Model feature. Parker Herring finished second, with Ethan Hunter in third.
Paul Byrum topped the field to grab the win in the Modified Street feature. Justin Dowell, Doug Sellers, Chris Jones, and Richard Jones rounded out the top five.
Cal Moon flashed under the checkered flag first in the Stock V8 feature. Mathew Denton finished second, with Jessie Thurmond third, Otis Fleeman fourth, and Justin Maulding fifth.
In Stock Four Cylinder action, Mitchell Godfrey picked up the win, with Jimmy Little following for second. Cody Byrum finished third, with Chris Worley in fourth.
Drew Collins topped the field in the Young Guns feature, outrunning Adam Partain for the victory. Jeremy Stanley finished third, with Bradley Lambert fourth, and Jason Calhoun fifth.
Jackie Holden held off all comers to grab the win in the Up Front feature. Morris Lester, Steven Powell, Keith Hix, and Robbie Cook rounded out the top five.
