Ashley Poole proved you don’t need eight cylinders to have a winning night at Hartwell Speedway in Hartwell, GA.
Poole topped the field in the Stock Four Cylinder class Saturday night to bring home the feature victory. Jeffery Lord came home second, followed by Cody Byrum, Dustin Bales, and Nathan Bray.
In other action, Jimmy Johnson brought home the hardware in the Limited Late Model feature, beating out the “Hog Rocket”, Bubba Russell for the victory. Brandon Haley finished third, with Steve Yarbrough fourth, and Matt Dean in fifth.
Frankie Beard was first to the checkered flag in the Crate Late Model feature. Danny Sanders came home second, with Kyre Mullaney in third, Shane Yarbrough fourth, and Grand Jordan in fifth.
In the Modified Street feature, Paul Byrum picked up the win. Daniel Snow, Oneil Capps, Clay Ridgeway, and Richard Jones rounded out the top five.
In Stock V8 action, John Teasley came away with the feature victory. Cal Moon held on for second, with Sonny Fleeman third, Colby Thornton fourth, and Ricky Chamberlain fifth.
Jason Calhoun crossed the finish line first to win the Young Gun feature. Travis Hubbard finished in second, followed by Drew Collins, Mitchell Ledford, and Austin Smith.
James Goodwin scored the win in the Up Front feature. Joel Powell, Sr., Morris Lester, Ryan Goldsmith, and Stacy Foster rounded out the top five.
