2011 has been a big year for Max Gresham.

The Griffin, Georgia native competed on the K&N Pro Series East Tour this year, scoring victories at Gresham Motorsports Park in Jefferson, Georgia and at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, New Hampshire.

The cherry on top was winning the K&N East championship in the final event of the season at Dover, Deleware.

Gresham also competed in seven ARCA series events this year, turning in two top five finishes at Michigan and Kansas, as well as picking up two pole awards at Pocono and Kansas.

In the last few weeks, Gresham has made his first starts in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, finishing 25th in both events at Las Vegas, NV and Martinsville, VA.

Raceweek Illustrated got a chance to catch up with Max Gresham at his home track of Gresham Motorsports Park this week, and he was kind enough to talk to us about his 2011 season, his lucky shirt and a few other things.
