NASCAR announced Tuesday the crew chief of the No. 9 team that competes in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East with driver Chase Elliott has been penalized as a result of rules violations committed Thursday, Sept. 22, at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, N.H.
