Track management at Mobile International Speedway has announced the postponement of the Lee Fields Memorial weekend, slated originally for this weekend.
Track officials released the following information:
“With the Tropical Depression forming in the Gulf of Mexico we have consulted renowned Meteorologist Dr. Bill Williams and WKRG TV 5’ John Nodar for the severity and intensity of the storm and the forecast for the Lee Fields Memorial 150 weekend. The forecast is for extended rain events through the weekend and on into the first part of next week.
