BMW Team RLL is on a two-race winning streak in the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón. A third straight GT triumph couldn’t come at a better place than Lime Rock Park – the home venue for BMW North America and site of next week’s American Le Mans Northeast Grand Prix. Bill Auberlen would like nothing more than to make that happen.

The chances are pretty good. Auberlen has 10 career professional victories at Lime Rock and has been on the podium the last two years with BMW Team RLL. He’ll drive next week with Dirk Werner, his full-season partner in the ALMS.

I have won more races at Lime Rock than anywhere else and Joey Hand has won many races there too, all in a BMW. That car seems to be made for that track! We love the spectators that come and fill those beautiful hills. I love the town, the restaurants, the people and returning every year. The Downhill is my favorite part of the track. It is what separates the good from the great. I love that Downhill flat out. And, some 55 seconds later, you get to do it all over again!”
