Magnum Tate Makes It Three-For-Three At Anderson

Magnum Tate is on a roll at Anderson Motor Speedway.

The Easley, South Carolina native scored his third straight Limited Late Model feature win on Friday night at the Williamston, South Carolina speed plant.

It marks the third straight victory in three starts on the season for Tate at the 3/8-mile asphalt raceway.

Tate started the 50-lap feature from the third starting spot, and worked his way to the lead before moving away to score the victory.

Justin Sorrow followed in second, with Kenneth Headen in third, R.A. Brown in fourth, and Archie Adams in fifth.

Jock White, Neil Meredith, Gary Greenwood, Jr., Jason Scruggs, and Ralph Carnes rounded out the top 10.

In other action, Riley Gentry scored the victory in the BM Modifieds feature. Chuck Mitchell finished in second, with Ryan Howard in third, Rodger Gentry in fourth, and Scott Robinson in fifth.

Ryan Howard topped the Mini-Stock field to take the feature win, with Chad Campbell second, Jeff Turner third, Ben Kay fourth, and Ben Burnett fifth.

Mitchell Thompson crossed the finish lien ahead of Timmy Graham to claim his fourth US Legends victory of the season. Chase Plesko, Brandon Johnson, and Charlie Hughes rounded out the top five.

Chandler Gallman was the winner in the Pure Stocks feature, with Kyler Moser in second, Chris Lawson in third, Danny Gilbert in fourth, and Michael Haney in fifth.

Jordan Kane was first under the checkered flag to score the Young Guns feature victory. Halee Whitfield followed in second, with Katelynn Moon in third, McKenzie Barbare in fourth, and Kenzie Davis in fifth.

Tommy Davis scored the Front Wheel Drive feature win, with Robert Hall second, Dannon Esco third, and Travis Barbare fourth.
