Anderson Motor Speedway hosted a pair of Late Model Stock races on Friday night, with R.A. Brown and Nolan Pope both scoring victories at the Williamston, South Carolina raceway.
Brown, from Chapin, South Carolina, started the first feature on the outside of the front row. The veteran driver went on to record his second division win of the season, holding off Trey Gibson at the checkered flag.
Pope, who started on the pole, settled for a third place finish, with Luke Sorrow in fourth and Ashton Higgins in fifth.
Nolan Pope started the second feature in the second spot, but powered to his first career Late Model Stock victory. The 20-year-old from Harrisonville, Missouri, edged out Sorrow for the win.
Gibson finished in third, with Brown in fourth and Ryan Repko in fifth.
In other action, Philip Peters scored the Limted feature victory, holding off Billy Brown for the win. Jack Robertson finished third, with Rick Kelley fourth and Devin Kelley fifth.
Sam Brown held off Trent Smith to take the BM Modifieds feature win, with Brandon Segars, Bryan Mitchell and Adam Callaham in fifth.
Jeffrey Kummer was the winner in the Mini Stock feature, with David Darnell in second, Ryan Howard in third, Ben Kay in fourth and Chad Campbell in fifth.
Austin MacDonald topped the US Legends field for the feature victory. Ryan Rackley finished in second, followed by Karl Moberg in third, Lee Jordan in fourth and Mitchell Hedstrom in fifth.
Scott Parker took the win in the Front Wheel Drive feature win, with Tommy Davis in second, B.J. Davis in third, Manuel Molleda in fourth and Chris Burkett in fifth.
