Chad Puckett has had a stranglehold on victory lane at Georgia’s Winder-Barrow Speedway of late.

On Saturday night, he added another trophy to his mantelpiece with a victory in the Limited Late Model feature at the ¼-mile clay raceway.

It marks his fourth win of the track’s 2018 season for the Statham, Georgia driver, and the second straight.

Puckett jumped to the lead on the drop of the green flag, with Shawn Tullis hot on his tail. While trying to close, Tullis slipped up the track, allowing Scott Frady to get to his inside. The duo would race side-by-side for the next lap before Frady made the pass for second coming off of turn four.

Meanwhile, Puckett was working to build a lead when the caution flag came out, bunching up the field. On the restart, Frady worked to find a way around Puckett, but could not make the pass. Over the next few laps, Puckett again began building an advantage with Frady and Tullis in tow.

The caution flew again for a crash on the frontstretch by Shane Cox. Back under green, Puckett again took command, with Frady in pursuit. The caution flew again with a few laps to go, this time for a spin by Jeff Lampp off turn four.

Puckett would again pull away on the restart, and went on unchallenged to the victory. Frady finished in second, with Tullis in third and Lampp in fourth.

In other action, Casey Cagle held off Wormy Gaddis for the Modified Street feature victory. Shane Peppers finished in third, with Jordan Poole in fourth and Aaron Criswell in fifth.

Mark Chancey took the win in the Stock V8 feature, with Ronnie Poole in second, Lewis Roberts in third and Trip Sexton in fifth.

Chris Jones was the winner in the Hobby feature, with Jerome Hanson, Andy Barton, Shawn Tullis and Keith Brewer rounding out the top five.

Kyle Brawell scored the victory in the Stock 4A feature, with P.J. Taylor in second, Arti Ridgeway in third, Justin Taylor in fourth and Allen Cantrell in fifth.

Nick Fulcher topped the field to win the Stock 4 B feature. Cody Albright was second, with Brandon Franklin third, Brandon Cox fourth and Larry Miller fifth.
