Roberts, Gibson Split Anderson Late Model Features

David Roberts and Trey Gibson both made trips to Anderson Motor Speedway’s victory lane on Friday night, as the Williamston, South Carolina raceway held twin Late Model Stock features.

Roberts took the victory in the first feature, while Gibson edged out Roberts in the second feature to take the win.

In the first feature, Roberts beat out Anthony Alfredo to score his fourth feature victory of the season. R.A. Brown finished in third, with Luke Sorrow in fourth and Sawyer Frady in fifth.

In the second feature, Gibson was able to hold off Roberts for the win, becoming just the second driver this season to keep Roberts out of victory lane.

Luke Sorrow finished in second, followed by Justin Sorrow in fourth and Brown in fifth.

In other action, Shaun Mize took home the victory in the Super Limited feature. Philip Peters finished in second, with Rick Kelley in third, Steve Carver in fourth and Billy Coker in fifth.

Chuck Mitchell was the winner in the BM Modifieds feature, with Austin Northcutt second, Will Ragsdale third, Dude Hannon fourth and Brandon Segars fifth.

David Darnell took the win in the Mini Stock feature. Jeffrey Kummer finished in second, followed by Chad Campbell in third, Ben Kay in fourth and Bryan Mitchell in fifth.

Chris Whitfield scored the victory in the Renegades feature, with Billy Brown, Chad Watt, Shane Brown and Jonathan Ragsdale rounding out the top five.

Gracie Trotter took top honors in the US Legends feature. Jessica Dana finished second, with Lee Jordan third, Danny Cisson fourth and Johnny Dressler fifth.

Tommy Davis was the winner in the Front Wheel Drive feature, with Manuel Molleda in second, Scott Parker in third, Chris Harvell in fourth and Carey Smith in fifth.
