Mosley Wins Late Model Sportsman Feature At East Alabama

East Alabama Motor Speedway in Phenix City, Alabama held the warm ups for the Alabama State Championships last Saturday, and it was an exciting night of racing action.

In the Late Model Sportsman feature, it was J.R. Moseley holding off all comers to pick up the victory.  Ricky Culpepper ran second, with Montana Dudley third, Jack Mills fourth and Pat Wall fifth.

In Crate Late Model action, Chase Edge picked up the victory.  Chad Wallace finished second, with Joey Eiland third, Rodgerick Dykes fourth and Austin Smith fifth.

Danny Stroud scored the win in the Super Street feature, with Terrance Nowell second, Andy Cook third and Joey Eiland finishing fourth.

Richie Stephens held off a deep field in the Hobby feature to grab the win.  Jason Price finished second, with Billy Nipper third, Tyler Brown fourth and Howie Reeves fifth.

In the Bomber feature, Calvin Cook was first to the checkered flag, with Jacob Boughton, Billy Duell, Sr., Leon Childs and Tim Bosley rounding out the top five.

Chris Bayhi was first to the finish line in the Modified feature.  Jeff Culpepper finished second, followed by Stuart Wilson, Fred Holdinghausen and Wesley Duboise.

Billy Duell, Jr. came away with the Road Warrior feature win.  Brandon McCarra ran second, with Thomas Scroggins third, Bobby Duell fourth and Grady Holmes, Sr. fifth.
