Clayton Turner Grabs Lavonia Max King Memorial Win

Clayton Turner outdistanced David McCoy to score the Limited Late Model feature victory as part of the Max King Memorial Friday night at Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, GA.

Mike Ashley crossed the finish line in third, with Brent Russell in fourth and Chad Puckett in fifth.

In other action, McCoy picked up the victory in the FASTRAK Pro Late Model feature, edging out Steve “Hot Rod” LaMance for the win. Bryce Alewine finished in third, followed by Vince Fanello in fourth and Adam Partain in fifth.

Cal Moon took the win in the Stock 8 feature. Chayse York came home in second, with Keith Teasley in third, Steven House in fourth and Terry Brow in fifth.

Keith Baker topped the Modified Street field to score the win. Justin Sims, Jack Hill, Chris Capes and Louis Tetreault rounded out the top five.

In the Hobby feature, Mitchell Godfrey was first across the finish line for the win, followed by Rod Roberts in second, Chris McKeehan in third and Cody Segars in fourth.

Kevin Kelly was the winner in the Stock 4 feature. Kenny Dobbs finished in second, with Jeremy Hicks in third, David Dobbs in fourth and Jeff Dobbs in fifth.

Matthew Fugerson scored the win in the Rookie 4 feature, with Nathan Bowen in second, Grant Roberts in third and Tristan Collins in fourth.

Daniel Reynolds beat out the Front Wheel Drive field for the feature win. Jackie Holden, C.J. Huitt, Justin Hicks and Morris Lester rounded out the top five.
