Mother Nature got the better of most of Saturday night’s action at Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, GA, as rain washed out half of the night’s feature events.
Mark Wilbanks was leading the way during the Modified Street feature when the skies opened up just after the halfway point. When race officials made the decision to call the night’s events, the win went to Wilbanks.
Clifton Snow finished in second, with Michael Segars in third, Matthew Denton in fourth, and Brandon Puckett in fifth.
In other action, David McCoy topped the field to win the FASTRAK Late Model feature. Steve “Hot Rod” LaMance finished in second, with Nathan Bray in third, Grand Jordan in fourth, and Royce Bray in fifth.
Buddy Berry scored the win in the Hobby feature, beating out Josh Thurmond for the victory. Brad Russell finished in third, with Gerald Stanley in fourth, and Cody Puckett in fifth.
In Stock Four Cylinder action, Kevin Kelly came home with the victory. Mitchell Godfrey, Kevin Tullis, Kenny Dobbs, and Ryan Boles rounded out the top five.
