Kenzie Ruston could be looking to make history today at Gresham Motorsports Park in Jefferson, GA as racers prepare for tonight’s Commerce Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram World Crown 300.
Ruston paced the final practice session around the high banked half mile this afternoon, turning a lap at 16.815, 107.047 mph. Ruston had also paced the second session with a lap at 16.729, 107.598 mph.
Should Ruston turn her time into a strong qualifying run, she could have the opportunity to be the first female to sit on the World Crown 300 pole in the event’s 29 year history.
