The Hodges, South Carolina racer started from the pole, and went on to score the 602 Late Model victory at Georgia’s Lavonia Speedway on Sunday.

The event had been originally set for Saturday night, but stormy weather forced race officials to push it back a day.

Timms went on to score the feature win over Nathan Bray, with Chris Woods in third, Frankie Beard in fourth, and Jody Russell in fifth.

In other action, Ethan Hunter recorded the victory in the Limited Late Model feature, edging out Drew Collins for the win. Larry Timms finished in third, with John Howard in fourth, and Bubba Russell in fifth.
