Ben Watkins led all 40 laps en route to the Ultimate Super Late Model Series victory on Saturday at South Carolina’s Lancaster Motor Speedway.
The win was worth a $5,000 payday for the Rock Hill, South Carolinal racer, who also set fast time in qualifying. It marked Watkins’ second career series victory.
Matthew Nance came home in second, with Dennis Franklin in third, Michael Brown in fourth, and Johnny Pursley in fifth.
Anthony Sanders, Ethan Wilson, Greg Clark, Ron Geehring II, and Gray Parton rounded out the top 10.
The next regular season event currently scheduled for the Ultimate Super Late Model Series is set for June 3 at Halifax County Motor Speedway located in Brinkleyville, North Carolina.
