Jeffery Lampp kept control after colliding with Gary Gaddis late in the going of Saturday night’s David Frady Memorial Street Stock event, and went on to record the victory at Georgia’s Winder-Barrow Speedway.

Lampp started on the outside of the front row, and battle through turns one and two with pole sitter B.J. Franklin. Lampp took the lead off turn two, but Franklin spun behind him, gathering up John Anderson in the process.

That set up a complete restart, but the result was the same, as Lampp pulled out to the lead, with Franklin and Gaddis battling for second behind him. Gaddis completed the pass, and set out to chase down the leader as Jennifer Everett followed in third.

The race was interrupted by the first caution of the night, and on the restart, Lampp came under fire from Gaddis for the top spot. Gaddis tried time and again to get a run on the inside of the leader, but Lampp held him off each time. The battle would be interrupted again moments later by another caution flag.

Back under green, Gaddis again began working to find a way around Lampp to take the lead. With the white flag in the air, Gaddis finally got alongside Lampp as the two raced off turn two and down the backstretch.

Battling into turn three, the leaders made contact, sending both cars sliding. Gaddis spun in the corner, while Lampp fought to control his car. Lampp kept control as the race went under the caution flag for the third time.

That set up a green-white-checkered finish. With the green flag in the air, Lampp again powered out front, and ran to the checkered flag unchallenged to take the win.

Scott Cox came across the finish line in second, followed by Anderson in third.

In other action, Rod Roberts held off Trae Kirk to take the win in the Limited Late Model feature. Logan Stinchcomb came home in third, with Ken Lampp in fourth, and Chris Woods in fifth.

Chris Woods continued his strong early season in Hobby 602 action, as he took the win over James Cason in second, Nick Sellers in third, Clay Fancher in fourth, and Randy Jackson in fifth.

Ronnie Poole topped the Stock 8 feature to take the win, with Trey Pilgrim, Mark Chancey, Trip Sexton, and Keith Guy rounding out the top five.

Justin Taylor was first under the checkered flag to win the Stock 4A feature, with P.J. Taylor in second, Russell Shore in third, Nicholas Fulcher in fourth, and Wade Harrison in fifth.

Bryson Briscoe took the win in the Stock 4B feature. Justyn Jacobs came home in second, with Adam Jones in third, Chase Brown in fourth, and T.J. Hooper in fifth.

Steven Shedd was the winner in the Front Wheel Drive feature, followed by Eddie Segars in second, William Earnest in third, Jack McBride in fourth, and Kenneth House in fifth.
