Heavy, persistent rain, creating saturated grounds at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Florida, forced World of Outlaws, Super DIRTcar Series and track officials to cancel Friday night’s portion of the DIRTcar Nationals.
The remaining program will not be made up, as focus now moves to Saturday’s Big Gator championship night for the World of Outlaws CASE Late Model Series.
The DIRTcar Nationals concludes on Saturday night with a $20,000-to-win feature. The Big Gator champion will be crowned, with Tim McCreadie leading the point standings.
