Four Cylinder powered racers took center stage on Saturday night at Georgia’s historic Toccoa Raceway, as the 3/8-mile clay speedway hosted “4 Cylinder Frenzy.”

Trent Blackwell topped the deep South Eastern Hornets Association field, besting 18 other drivers to take the victory, while Austin Brown won the Southeastern Mod4 Mini Association feature.

Blackwell, from Central, South Carolina, held off J.B. Moser to take the win in the South Eastern Hornets Association’s first visit to Toccoa Raceway. Blackwell pocketed a $1,000 pay day for his efforts.

Travis Jamieson followed the lead duo across the finish line to come home in third, with Trenton Jamieson in fourth, and Wayne Taylor in fifth.

Chris Meadows, Wayne Chapman, Steven Shedd, Carrie Surratt, and Troy McDonald rounded out the top 10.

Brown scored the Southern Mod4 Mini Association win, pocketing a $1,000 dollar payday. The Union, South Carolina racer also scored a $1,500 bonus as the highest finishing Monster Mini Stock Association driver competing in the event.

Jeremy Davis followed in second, with Randy BoShears in third, Jeff Dean in fourth, and Phil Wood in fifth.

Kyle Braswell, Herbie Chinn, Bobby BoShears, Roger Cothran, and Caylan Kettle rounded out the top 10.

In other action, Frankie Beard came home with the Limited Late Model feature win, with David McCoy in second, Daniel Wilson in third, David Conley in fourth and James Nash in fifth.

Brady Cornett continued his dominance in the 602 Sportsman division, as he edged out John Howard to add to his win total for the season. Cody Segars finished third, with Ricky Smith fourth, and Dylan Beaver fifth.

Chris Nickerson was first under the checkered flag to win the Open Wheel Modified feature over Michael Barnett, with Jimmy Motes in third, Roger Mealey in fourth, and Stacy Watts in fifth.

Matt Furgerson scored the victory in the Pro Trucks feature. Bill Pulliam followed in second, with Terry Calhoun in third, Sammy Calhoun in fourth, and Jeremy McNeal in fifth.

Hayden Collett appeared to have his first Stock 8 win of the season in hand, but a last lap pass by Brady Hunt denied him of the honor. Collett had to settle for second, with Dustin Moore third, Terry Calhoun fourth, and Ricky Jones fifth.

Hunter Atkinson came away with the 602 Charger victory, with Dylan Bartlett in second, followed by Kyle McAlister in third, Justin Smith in fourth, and Jerry Buice in fifth.
