Zack Mitchell swept the race weekend for the Ultimate Super Late Model Series in the Carolinas.
The Enoree, South Carolina opened up the weekend on Friday with a victory at Carolina Speedway in Gastonia, North Carolina. He followed that up on Saturday with a win at Lake View Motor Speedway in Nichols, South Carolina.
On Friday night, Mitchell started in the third position on the 17-car field, and went on to edge out Johnny Pulsey to pocket the $4,000 payday with the win at Carolina Speedway.
Trent Ivey followed in third, with Brett Hamm in fourth, and Ben Watkins in fifth.
On Saturday night, Mitchell started on the pole and led flag-to-flag for the $5,000 win in the Easter Egg 40 at Lake View Motor Speedway.
It marked the 11th career series win for Mitchell.
Ben Watkins, Christian Thomas, Carson Ferguson, and Corey Gordon rounded out the top five.
The next event currently scheduled for the Ultimate Super Late Model Series is set for April 23 at County Line Raceway in Elms City, North Carolina. For more information, visit UltimateSupers.com.
