Caleb Heady opened up a limited series of short track action last week at Lanier Motorplex in Braselton, Georgia.
The 16-year-old Shelbyville, Kentucky native scored the Pro Legends victory in the Lanier Summer Series opener for the INEX Racing Series on the 3/8-mile layout.
Other winners on the night in Legends included Bill Plemons, Jr. in Masters, Cameron Bolin in Semi-Pro, and Jesus Andrade in Chargers. Bandolero winners included Kaleb Bradley in Outlaws, Neal Dulin in Bandits and Carson Cauble in Beginner.
