Ross Bailes and Michael Page scored victories in the Peach State over the weekend in Ultimate Super Late Model competition.
Bailes topped the field for the win on Friday night at Georgia’s Lavonia Speedway, while Page made it a home state win at Georgia’s Senoia Raceway on Saturday night.
On Friday night, Bailes took home a cool $4,000 for the win in the Max King Memorial at Lavonia Speedway.
The Clover, South Carolina racer started the night by setting fast time around the 3/8-mile clay raceway with a lap at 15.025 second. Bailes then held off the competition in the closing laps to score his ninth career series victory.
Ethan Wilson followed in second, with Cla Knight in third, Kenny Collins in fourth, and Nick Schlager in fifth.
On Saturday night, Douglasville, Georgia’s Michael Page led flag-to-flag en route to the victory at Senoia Raceway.
The win was worth $4,000 for Page, who led all 40 laps in the feature.
Joseph Joiner came home in second, with Austin Horton, Dylan Knowles, and Dalton Cook rounding out the top five finishers.
Page opened the night by setting fast time in qualifying around the 3/8-mile clay oval with a time of 15.559 seconds.
