Randy Weaver beat out all comers on Friday night at Boyd’s Speedway in Ringgold, Georgia.
Weaver took home top honors in the Joe Lee Johnson Memorial, run in honor of the 1959 NASCAR Convertible Division champion.
Weaver’s win came in the Topless Outlaw Late Model race, which features Late Models competing without roofs on the cars – fitting to be run in a race in honor of Johnson’s convertible racing prowess.
Weaver, of Crossville, Tennessee, edged out Ronnie Johnson to take home the victory. Booger Brooks followed in third, with Chase King in fourth and Jed Emert in fifth.
Matt Henderson, Jason Manley, Austin Neely, Cameron Weaver, and Chase Oliver rounded out the top 10.
In other action, Logan Palmer scored the win in the Crate 604 feature. Jesse Lowe came home in second, followed by Josh Henry in third, Hayden Ownby in fourth, and Landon Gentry in fifth.
Sawyer Tinker was the winner in the Sportsman 602 feature. Cass Fowler finished second, with Jeremy Broome third, Cade Brookshire fourth and B.J. Wilson fifth.
Michael Courtney was first to the checkered flag to win the Pony feature, with Dan Duggan, Josh McKee, Gracie Duggan and Donnie Lowe rounding out the top five.
Kelby Norwood grabbed the victory in the Beginner feature. Cameron Flowers finished in second, with Brennan Shirley in third, Jordan Sims in fourth and Danielle Loner in fifth.
Josh Childers won the Front Wheel Drive feature, followed by Billy Bailey in second, Lee Hutchinson in third, Cody Rector in fourth and Josh Davis in fifth.
Billy Hogan was the winner in the Enduro feature. Braxton Coffman finished second, with Mike Hale third, Corey Vickers fourth and Travis Banter fifth.
