Clint Smith Dominates For Senoia Limited Late Model Win

Clint Smith added to his career win total on Saturday night as he drove to the victory in the Limited Late Model feature at Georgia’s Senoia Raceway.

The Senoia, Georgia native topped qualifying to earn the pole for the feature, then led wire-to-wire en route to the win.

Dalton Cook finished in second, followed by Russ Ogletree in third, Jake Traylor in fourth and Terrence Nowell in fifth.

In other action, Jake Knowles raced to the lead from the pole, and went on to win in the Crate Late Model feature. Colby Darda finished in second, with Bobby Mills in third, Cody Haskins in fourth and Matthew Wyatt in fifth.

Jason Williams took the win in the Late Model Sportsman feature. Jason Turner came home in second, followed by Billy Stevenson in third, Jamie Nicholson in fourth and McKenna Nelms in fifth.

In the Mini-Stock feature, Joshua Till, grandson of Georgia Racing Hall of Famer Mike Head, held off a hard charge from Dan Bennett to score his first win of the 2019 season. Bob Faulkner, Lonnie Patterson and Ernie Turner rounded out the top five.

Scott Amoson came home with the win in the Chargers feature, with Chad Atha in second, Scott Shelton in third, Dave McWilliams in fourth and John Holcomb in fifth.

Jake Sanders topped the field for the Hobby feature victory. Landon DeGraff finished in second, followed by James Swanger in third, Keith West in fourth and Brandon Jones in fifth.

Curtis Turner was the winner in the Bombers feature, with Vern Miller in second, Larry Pierce in third, Shannon Stephens in fourth and T.J. Boetz in fifth.
