Wilhelm Powers To Super Pro Victory At Atlanta Dragway

Saturday may have been the coldest day of the racing season, but Hank Wilhelm was red hot in Summit ET drag racing action at Atlanta Dragway in Commerce, Georgia.

Wilhelm, of Maysville, Georgia, defeated Gainesville, Georgia racer Brad Howard to score the Super Pro division victory.

In the final, Wilhelm ran a 5.242 ET at 109.43 MPH en route to the win. Howard ran a 6.286 ET at 59.71 MPH.

Other winners on the weekend included Lonnie Cothran in Pro, Ed Nalley in Sportsman, Tim Sutton in Super Pro Bike and Randy Day in Street ET Bike.
